Evening Dinner at the Queen’s Hotel, Western Promenade Road, 6.00pm for 6.30pm sitting.

Please find below the agenda for our AGM and other papers. The AGM will be followed by our annual address, details of which will be circulated by our Membership Secretary.
This year we have had a sub committee working on the transfer of the Society from a charity to a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation), as agreed at the AGM in 2022. This requires that a new constitution and temporary transference of governance take place. Please see attached the papers which relate to this and please do try to attend as we need 20% of members to agree in order to proceed.
Reports from the Honorary President, Treasurer and Secretary will be posted in advance and will be available in paper format on the day.
